ISR Interoperability

WiSC delivers Capability-Based ISR Interoperability solutions that ensure the right intelligence reaches the right people at the right time. We enhance joint operations through multi-intelligence technology that is fully interoperable, survivable, and mission-ready.

Core Capabilities
  • Intelligence tracking and discovery

  • Situational awareness and change detection

  • Precise geopositioning

  • Data fusion across platforms

Our approach ensures ISR capabilities are not just connected but they are delivering the exact intelligence needed to meet operational requirements.

Why it matters

Capability-Based ISR Interoperability goes beyond moving data. It’s about ensuring the right “1’s and 0’s” are delivered in the right format and quality for the mission at hand. WiSC harmonizes required metadata across varying operations so every action, from surveillance to targeting, has the intelligence foundation it needs.

Project Management

WiSC delivers mission-driven ISR Program Management solutions for the national intelligence, defense, and homeland security communities. Our expertise ensures interoperability, efficiency, and innovation across acquisition, operations, and technology integration.

ISR Program Management Focus Areas
  • FMV Imagery and data aquisition
  • Sensor systems
  • Exploitation tools
  • Imagery Standards

We evaluate ISR acquisition programs to identify and eliminate duplication, integrate systems, and foster cross-service collaboration for unmanned systems, training, and logistics.

How Wisc Excels
  • Ensure acquisition documentation meets current standards and metadata requirements

  • Collaborate with program managers and users to define capability needs, CONOPs, TTPs

  • Develop tailored data collection strategies

  • Harmonize metadata across industry standards

  • Act as program manager and user advocate

  • Deliver scalable, standards-based systems for DoD and the Intelligence Community
