Our commitment to community drives support for causes that uplift, heal, and empower. We proudly contribute to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) to fund cancer research and patient support, and sponsor Community Over Competition, a nonprofit creating inclusive, empowering spaces for women in combat sports and survivors of abuse. Our ongoing sponsorship of Scouting America further reflects our dedication to service, leadership, and civic responsibility. For over a decade, we’ve also sponsored Scouting America’s National Capital Area Council, empowering youth with the skills and values needed for leadership and adventure.

STEM Education
WiSC is committed to building the next generation of innovators through hands-on, inclusive STEM education. We support Hack<IT> Bahamas, a free tech and entrepreneurship camp for Bahamian youth, and SMASH, a national program expanding STEM opportunities for underrepresented students. Through TechLit Africa, WiSC donated 10,000 learning kits to equip rural Kenyan schools with technology access and full-time instructors, helping close the digital divide worldwide.

2022 Nunn perry award
On September 30, 2020, WiSC was awarded its first MPP by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) with Protégé business, STEMBoard, LLC. Within a short 2-year time frame and during the challenging times of COVID-19, STEMBoard grew its FTE count by 46% and was awarded two Prime awards worth over $5.6M in revenue, leading to a 720% growth in subcontract awards. From these types of successes, WiSC Enterprises and STEMBoard were recognized as leaders in the small business community with the endorsement of NGA and honored in receiving the DoD 2022 Nunn-Perry award, confirming WISC’s and STEMBoard’s exemplary work in the DoD Mentor Protégé Program along with partner Morehouse College, a Historically Black College and University (HBCU).

The “Morehouse College Mentorship Awards. Individuals who demonstrate exceptional dedication to mentoring to promote intellectual, creative, scholarly, and professional growth among their mentees are honored. These mentors often inspire students to reach new heights, provide ongoing career and personal development support, and serve as positive role models with strong ethical principles.
December 2024- WiSC Enterprises, LLC received the Morehouse College Corporate Legacy Award, Outstanding Mentorship Partnership Award, for its leadership and impact in the DoD Mentor-Protégé Program, which recognizes outstanding contributions to Black excellence, innovation, and pursuit of general wealth.
